This week I have one of my amazing clients, Rebecca, on the podcast to share her story. From having no period for 2 years, to being 26 weeks pregnant when recording this episode, I know that she will help and inspire anyone in the same situation.

Rebecca came off the pill in 2019 and her period never returned and she was diagnosed with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea - this is the loss of  your menstrual cycle due to stress on the body. For Rebecca, this stress was in the form of over exercising, under nourishing her body through a low calorie diet and the emotional stress she had around food, body image and the longing for her period to return. We chat about how we got her period back and Rebecca shares invaluable wisdom along the way.
