This podcast is a truly personal one, where I let my guard down and pull the curtain back on my struggles and how I have overcome them!

Although this episode was difficult for me to put into words, after reflecting on my life and the difficulties our global landscape is facing, I felt compelled to share the daily simplicities that have recently allowed me to manage and maintain my mental health. It's an uphill battle, but if we don't look after ourselves mentally, how are we able to effectively achieve our larger goals? 

You're going to hear the specific areas where I invested in for my daily life, to improve my mental health and my personal tips to rise above challenges, such as post-natal depression and the COVID lockdown. I hope this podcast offers some light and hope, if you are going through dark times. Remember: tough times will pass, but there are practical & simple tips we can implement to soften the pain and build back stronger than ever! 

We are all human and it's okay to not be okay. Behind our glossy exteriors, each of us have our own struggles. Don't ever be afraid to ask for help and remember to appreciate life's simple pleasures (it can help you more than you would know!)
