Welcome back to my channel and to another Deep Sleep Hypnosis recording. This one I have written for those who may feel like they’re lacking energy and vigour within their day-to-day lives – maybe feeling physically and emotionally drained and struggling to find a way to break free of constant lethargy or exhaustion. Although there are many practical ways to help increase energy levels, I’ve written this to help take away some of the mental and emotional strains that can often consume us and rob us of energy that we could best use in so many other ways to improve our well-being and general lifestyle. We often don’t realise how much energy we actually do waste on overwhelming and consuming thoughts and instead put all our efforts into physical change, not recognising that there are also many things we can do to control emotional exhaustion as well. This audio will help you to take on a new day with a calmer, more relaxed and more content state of mind – all while helping you drift off into a long, deep slumber which will obviously do no harm at all to increase those all-important energy levels! September 09, 2023 Deep Sleep Hypnosis to help Hangover and 'Hangxiety' Recovery - Intense Sleep Meditation
Following the success of a previous recording for Hangovers and ‘Hangxiety’, I wanted to create a new audio to act as a different option for those who sometimes find themselves really struggling with the effects of a hangover. This is something that, from my past, I really relate to – as a hangover can often be seen as a sign of ‘weakness’ or something that is self-inflicted and therefore shouldn’t be rewarded with any form of sympathy. The physical impact of a hangover can leave some people feeling crippled and deflated and add to that anybody who feels the emotional effect alongside, it really can take its toll in so many ways. Therefore, I’ve written this to offer a comforting, non-judgmental space - a relaxing audio massage - to give those struggling the support that they may be craving. If you are reading this and suffering with a hangover – please know you’re not alone and hopefully this will help guide you into a much needed nap or a long sleep on the night after a long day’s hangover. August 28, 2023 Wind down from Work Sleep Hypnosis
Welcome back to my channel and to this week's Sleep Hypnosis recording. This particular recording came as an idea from a comment from one of my subscribers (thank you Joseph!), who suggested that I do a script for those who work in particularly high intensity jobs - (i.e. Emergency Services, Police, Fire, Medics etc) who might be in need of some real time to "wind down" from a never-ending, hectic day. As an industry that plays such a huge role in keeping our communities safe, protected and away from danger - it was a pleasure to be able to write this and I hope it really does help to ground and settle those of you who play a role in this or even just relate to the sheer pressure that comes with a highly challenging, frontline position.
However, this will obviously benefit anybody who just really needs the opportunity to switch off and settle down after a long, hard day at work!
