Steven is known as one of the first martial arts tricksters in open martial arts
competitions and an early pioneer of non-traditional forms. He helped popularize the 540 kick
and the Hawkeye kick in the mid 80’s.

He launched his film career when he was hand picked by Jet Li to be his stunt double in 1989
for a series of Hong Kong films.

In 1990 he caught then eye of stunt coordinator Pat Johnson, and he was cast as Donatello in the
films TMNT 2 and 3.

He has worked as a stunt person or actor on numerous other movies over the years and was even a
regular on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.

In 2010 he did his first Stand Up comedy set at the Downtown Independent in Los Angeles.
