There's a topic I keep seeing in my DMs lately stressing people out. Comparing your dieting calories or build calories to other people's. I get a lot of questions like "Why can this person lose weight on more calories than me, it's not fair?"



In this I episode I address why you shouldn't compare your calories and macros to a fitness influencer or an advanced person on the internet and discuss:



- Examples of my clients and how their responses to dieting have varied greatly

- How some people can easily stay lean year round while others struggle

- Why you shouldn't compare your calories to other people's

- The role of metabolic adaptation and different metabolic types

- Approaches to aggressive deficits for those who need them



Remember, just because someone has different calories and macros to you doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. Everyone is different. You just have to do what works for you!
