Short but sweet this week with some realizations I've had during quarantine. I talk about how I was quite sad, anxious, frustrated, and discouraged at the beginning of all of this. And I still feel these emotions here and there due to our current circumstances. However, I had a shift in my mindset of how we have the privilege of working on ourselves in this moment. To be the best versions of ourself, taking care of ourself, and going after what we've always wanted to. There are no more excuses since you can't leave your house and you have all the time in the world to dedicate to things you've always wanted to do, whether that be start a new side hustle, read more, get back into running, etc. Whatever IT is you can do IT now!
