Over the weekend, a client of mine (whom I've been working with for more than 5 years now) shared with me the tool that was the MOST transformative one for her was one of my FAVORITE and SIMPLEST tools: Do it sh!tty.

Here's why it's so simple...because we've been taught that life is complicated. That creating new things is complicated. That changing your body or your marriage or your job or your life is complicated.

But here's what I think...I think it's actually that you're afraid to try and do it wrong.

You think you have to have it ALL figured out before you TRY.

You think you need to have all the steps of the plan set in stone so it's fool proof.

And what I know is all this perfectionist mindset does is keep you stuck.
