Podcast host Julie Berman chats about birthing her new business and her new baby in 2022, plus why it's important to stop worrying about “IF” you can accomplish your goals and dreams and, instead, focus on “HOW” you can accomplish them. 

 

Julie talks about becoming a Certified Sparketype Advisor and starting her new business where she'll be helping people 1:1 and doing team-building workshops and events. It turns out that helping you find what lights you up and how to incorporate more of that into future (paid and unpaid) opportunities is amazingly what lights her up, too! So, whether you’re not sure what you want to be or do when you grow up, or you’re looking to find something that energizes you and where you are living up to your full potential, she knows she can help.  

 

Julie also shares that in addition to birthing a business in 2022, she is birthing a baby boy! She discusses her thoughts on becoming an entrepreneur and having a newborn basically all at once, plus how she is approaching this new phase of life. One important mindset shift that she has adopted is the change in perspective from “IF” to “HOW,” which allows you to come from a place of empowerment and confidence, versus a place of insecurity and doubt. If you believe 110% that you can achieve it, you know you can figure out the journey and the details involved in “HOW” you will achieve it.
