Bondi born and bred, Andrew ‘Reidy’ Reid is a lifeguard and TV personality, best known for saving lives on Channel 10’s Logie award-winning TV series, Bondi Rescue.

The programme, which has aired since 2006, follows the daily lives and routines of the Waverley Council professional lifeguards who patrol Bondi Beach. A ratings smash in Australia since its inception, Bondi Rescue has now been shown in over 190 countries worldwide, making household names of Reidy and his fellow lifeguards.

From radio to newspapers, chat shows, and most recently, documentaries for tourism bodies of Australia, Reidy’s classic Australian personality and enthusiasm for life have made him a face to watch.

Nathan Lyon is a renowned off-spin bowler and cricket sensation from Young, New South Wales, who has made it to international cricket arenas. His story is one of grit, determination, and undeniable talent.

Lyon started playing rugby for the Young Cherrypickers RLFC in his early years before moving to Canberra and later to Adelaide. He had a transformative experience as a groundskeeper at the Adelaide Oval.

Australian-Sri-Lankan comedian Dilruk Jayasinha rapidly achieved his dreams in his comedic career after leaving his former job as an accountant.

The disciplined and growth-driven mindset that successfully saw him transfer careers also helped him finally get sober after years of relying on alcohol.

But after suffering a heart attack in 2022 at the age of 37, Dilruk shares with Mark his challenges in changing his relationship with food, and how forming his comedy around his own challenges has taken a toll.

Born with Cystic Fibrosis, Brad Dryburgh's parents were told he would be better off with a terminal illness that would kill him. They were told CF would ruin his life.

Rushed to hospital with bleeding lungs at age 18. At this moment, Brad thought this was the end of his life.
