Hyde's childhood was torn apart when her mother became involved with a violent neighbor.  What followed was years of terror—stalking, threats, and even an attempted abduction from school.  Eventually, a vicious assault led to his arrest and a 12-year prison sentence. But the nightmare didn't end there.  Even from behind bars, he found ways to torment them with threats—and chilling confessions that he was a serial killer. The weight of that trauma pushed Hyde into isolation as a teenager. In early June 2024, Taylor Casey left her home in Chicago to attend a month-long yoga retreat on Paradise Island, Bahamas. With over 15 years of yoga practice, she was eager to earn her teaching certification and bring back her newfound skills to share with her community. However, on the evening of June 19th, after leaving a class, Taylor vanished. This is not a cold case. Taylor has been missing for just three months, and her family is still actively searching for her.
