She has worked with many diverse populations including kids and adults with developmental delays, child behavior issues, overwhelmed parents looking for skills and support and teens struggling with the pressures of adolescence and life.

She is a senior lecturer in The Early Years Bachelor of Education degree program at the University of Wollongong in Australia.

She also held an assistant professorship in the Department of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
