Keiana Cavé is the founder and CEO of Sublima Pharmaceuticals, a startup working to launch the first non-hormonal birth control pill. Keiana describes herself as a 23 year old mad scientist who began doing clinical research in high school after trying many interests and eventually landing on STEM. She is a leader in the women’s health industry, a mentor for young women, and is in partnership with huge brands like OLAY to #FacetheSTEMGap with a goal to double the number of women in STEM and triple the number of women of color in STEM by 2030!
