Success. What is it? How do you define it? How do you measure it? What happens when you don't reach a goal? Is there such a thing as partial success? So many questions. Inspired by getting to talk to so many of you at the Berlin Marathon, Portland Marathon, Chicago Marathon, I wanted to make sure we talked about success from the point of view of the athletes and a coach.
