A couple of times a year, I like to remind agents of the characteristics of those that are winning (despite production level). I like to contrast that with the characteristics of those that might need a tune up or a reminder that they need to shift their direction a tad. After you listen today, do a little mid summer audit on where you are in the following categories. Notice your inner voice as I go through the list and take note. Those are the areas you need to work on over the coming months.

I am lucky enough to have a front row seat to 250+ businesses at any one time and I’ll tell you, there are consistent reasons why those that do well, do and those that struggle, struggle!
