An update on where I'm at with my custody. And of you inside my mind and dealing with former pain and how it has affected my current situations.

I am having some really strong and unusual reactions to the efforts my NPD ex is utilizing to prolong my ability to be with my children. Visitation and custody agreement (that is only temporary) has now had to be reworked 20 times due to more additions by her or things she is unwilling to compromise on. And last minute additions that kept this week's visitation from materializing. This episode is a little more raw. I have been struggling emotionally from her tactics as they bring up many negative memories of how our fights would go. The longer it lasts, the more you lose. Boundaries are the single most important thing to never break...and this time I won't allow her to break it at any cost.

This episode outlines another chapter in my journey. From my wedding day, all the way to the my big revelation finally bestowed on me from my support system that I was, in fact, immersed in an abusive relationship with an extremely coveret narcissist. Knowing is one thing, but taking action to break the cycle when married and two kids to your narcissist is two different things. this is when my brain fog was lifted and the hard work truly began.

A quick update on my first day in court. Some items that got settled, some that didn't. An answer to now where I have to go from here and continue unraveling my narcissistic ex's claims against me. Hopefully these are useful bits of knowledge for anyone prepping for similar divorce/custody battles.

Update on where life has been post serving my ex narcissist with divorce papers. Some of the new public smear campaign moves she has made for her financial gain. Advice from my experiences up to now for anyone going through similar situations or soon to go through similar court battles. This is a continuation of my story highlighting some of the abuse experienced along my journey by my narcissistic ex. I am continuing the story from when I traveled across the country to be with her, now I discuss the trials and experiences I had once we welcomed my first son into the world and the couple years thereafter. This is a narration of myself documenting the mental archives of my first year with a narcissist and how it took form as she embedded herself in my life.
