In today's episode I take an Instagram ad quiz on BPD - what type of BPD am I???? (Reminder, clinically this does not exist. There are not types of BPD in the DSM 5 TR, which is the diagnostic tool used for giving appropriate diagnoses. This episode is simply for silly, play, fun, whatever you want to call it. The questions are interesting and my answers are interesting but the results were surprising to me. Enjoy!
