It is time I take my own advice and accept that I need to pause, reflect, prioritize and recharge. Self-care is such an import but challenging practice for many of us.  While we have so many priorities and obligations, why is it is so difficult to put ourselves in that list of priorities?  This has been quite the year for all of us and I recognize that it is time for a recharge.  I am concluding season 2 of the podcast and will resume late August.  I have some amazing interviews lined up and more topics that I am eager to discuss. Please join me again when I resume, and hope that you can take time for your own self-care!
