The Rumor Mill is back in your lives as we dissect Liverpool's own, Tony Bellew, saying what he would like to do next in his career.

"The only thing left to do now is maybe win a heavyweight title, or just sail off into the sunset."

Does Bellew ride off into the sunset off the Upset of the Year, or does he go all in and this career changing win and angle for a big heavyweight title fight?

With the champions being Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder, and Joseph Parker, does Bellew stand any chance against these Titans?

According to BoxingScene.com, heavyweight contender Luis Ortiz has signed with infamous boxing adviser Al Haymon. This is huge news for the division as it aligns with the possibility of a potential Deontay Wilder fight in the near future.

Ortiz, who is undefeated and coming a couple of wins overseas on Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Sports promoted events, has been the boogeyman of the division for sometime. Is this the right step to get him a big fight with a champion this year?

The biggest Mexican boxing match of the year, Canelo Alvarez vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., continues to build in hype and storylines. One of the biggest storylines of this fight is the re-dedication of Chavez Jr.

His Hall of Fame Trainer, Nacho Beristain, had this to say about the son of the legend, "And Julio, the father, was a boxing phenomenon. Everyone wants their children to do the same thing as them, but it is impossible… but [the son] is far from fighting like the father."

The love triangle that is Gennady Golovkin, Billy Joe Saunders, and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez keeps getting more dramatic and climatic.

With Golovkin narrowly beating Daniel Jacobs, his team is now looking for the next fight, the rumors of a fight with WBO champion Saunders seems to be heating up. Saunders has been calling GGG out at every turn trying to entice him into an alleged money fight in Kazakhstan due to financial investors.

Oscar De La Hoya, Canelo's promoter has now called the proposed September bout against GGG into question because of the PPV buyrate of Golovkin/Jacobs and the Saunders fight in June.

Who will be Golovkin's next fight?

Chris Eubank Jr. is in the headlines again after getting in a social media argument with WBC cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew, and according to Bellew's promoter, the Eubanks weren't doing it just for publicity.

Eubank, who just made a move up to 168lbs. called out Bellew, a cruiserweight/heavyweight for a catchweight bout. And per Eddie Hearn's discussion with IFL TV, "[Eubank] Senior messaged me and asked if there were any legs in this [fight] and I was just.... [Bellew is] 15 stone and he wants to fight Tony Bellew. A middleweight calling out a heavyweight. I don't know what to say...It was bizarre. And they are actually saying 'do you want to have a chat about this?' and I'm like 'no.' I told [Bellew] that [they contacted me] and he was like 'what?' He just thought it was half a joke on Twitter. But Eubank likes calling out these guys, it gets people talking about him, but he just never fights them, that's all."

WBA and WBC emeritus lightweight champion, Jorge Linares dominated UK boxer Anthony Crolla in their instant sequel to their fun bout last year. Linares seems to be set to face WBC lightweight champion, Mikey Garcia later this year.

Irishman Jason Quigly defeated the always tough, Glen Tapia via unanimous decision in Golden Boy's inaugural ESPN card.

Tom Loeffler says that the PPV numbers for Gennady Golovkin vs. Daniel Jacobs is actually at 170,000 buys. If true, does this change anything going forward?

Jermell Charlo vs. Charles Hatley has been moved, again, to the Shawn Porter vs. Andre Berto card in Brooklyn.

Plus other headline news from around the boxing world.
