When Cat is 32 weeks pregnant, she and her husband Jim learn their unborn son has Trisomy 18 syndrome, a very rare chromosomal condition. Their doctors tell them that their baby will likely not survive to be born. If he does, he'll likely die within his first month of life.
Cat and Jim find themselves planning for their son’s death while hoping for his birth ... and that includes making arrangements for their unborn baby boy's funeral.
