This 5 Minute Friday didn't make it out on Friday due to issues with my internet, but in being flexible in my approach I sent this out on Sunday. But if you're listening down the road a bit, you wouldn't have even noticed the hiccup.
This episode is about the Law of Requisite Variety which says in a given system, the component, person, species with the greatest flexibility to adapt and respond will prevail. Essentially generating more options in life. If the only tool you have is a hammer, then pretty much treat everything as if it's a nail.
In relationships, achieving goals, behavior, and life at large the more options you can generate in your approach towards the fulfilment of your intention, the higher the likelihood of success.
If you're a coach, the more tools and flexibility you have in meeting your client in their model of the world, the greater the likelihood of arriving at a satisfactory and successful relationship. The flexible coach with never encounter a resistant client.
So if you're experiencing frustration in dealing with others, people in general resist your ideas, your spouse or significant other is resisting to your point of view the problem isn't them, it's you. This is a call to add more tools to your communication toolbox.

As a human being, you have an internal GPS, a literal system in your brain that brings items into your conscious awareness, deletes or ignores undesirable items from your experience. This GPS system can be used to manifest the life and circumstances you want, literally draw them to you like a magnet.
Unfortunately most people live by default though, they are totally unaware that this is a system they can control and program.
In this 5 Minute Friday episode, Daniel D'Neuville eposes you to the concept along with other mind training ideas, with the commitment to take a deeper dive on all the concepts mentioned over the next few episodes. So this is a primer of things to come...

Creating A Worthy Destination is about choosing a mission that is worthy of your life. We all only have one life in this go around, so anything you spend your time on, set as a priority you're dedicating your life to.
Daniel D'Neuville talks about John F. Kennedy, in 1962 declaring the mission to the moon and the subsequent impact on the United States and it's population. He uses this example to lay the foundation for creating a mission for yourself.
A manifested life, the created life is about alignment. Aligning your heart, with your mind and your body. This alignment must match up with your mission, your organizing principle.
This episode is about alignment, mission, purpose, and manifesting your life.

Most people are living someone else's version of their life — running on inherited beliefs, unconscious patterns, and a sense of self they never chose. The Aligned Self is for people who are done…
This is a podcast about the architecture of human experience — how identity is formed, how perception shapes reality, and how to become the deliberate author of both. Not theory. Operational frameworks built from 36 years of working at the edge of what's possible for human beings.
Host Daniel D'Neuville is a Master Trainer of NLP and consulting hypnotist whose work integrates subconscious reprogramming, identity design, emotional mastery, and adaptive intelligence into a coherent system for transformation. He has worked with over 10,000 people since 1988 — not teaching people what to think, but dismantling the premises that were never working in the first place.
Episodes range from deep framework breakdowns to raw conversations about what it actually takes to live at the upper reaches of your ability — manifesting with precision, leading from alignment, and building a self that holds under pressure.
If you've sensed there's more available to you than what you're currently living — you're right. And you've found the right place.
