The results from the detox have been shown to improve many of these issues in most people along with weight loss.

We are thrilled to bring you today's guest, Alison (Ali) Levine, who is a celebrity stylist, TV personality, podcaster, content creator and influencer.
Born and raised in New York, Ali has worked for some of the biggest names in the Fashion Industry. About 10 years ago Ali and her now husband relocated to Los Angeles, California where she became a household name as a celebrity stylist. She appeared with her husband on Bravo's hit show, "Stripped" and she makes regular appearances on local and national television.
Ali hosts a podcast 'EVERYTHING with Ali Levine' that you should definitely subscribe to as she has amazing guests on her show that will inspire you and make you laugh.
In today's conversation Ali opens up and shares her personal journey and her awakening that occurred after being on 'Stripped' and how she was very focused on her career and very disconnected from her personal life.
She gets vulnerable when she talks about the traumatic birth of her first daughter and her postpartum depression. Ali believes the universe gave her the opportunity of Stripped to prepare her for the birth of her daughter. Ali shares how she had to let go of the picture she created in her mind about what her life had to look like or had to be and she learned how to just be herself. She realized she's a different version of herself after becoming a mom and she has transformed into a new season of her life. She has such great advice for moms, as well as anyone who is going through a life transformation.
Like so many of us during the pandemic, Ali has also embraced the slower pace and she shares the lessons that she's learned and how she's allowed this to be a time of growth and learning. She also shares her daily rituals.
Ali is truly real and raw and this conversation goes deep into her life's journey and her amazing transformation into the amazing woman, mom and wife that she is today.
A few of the products Ali mentions during our conversation:

We are thrilled to bring you today's guest, Carley Smith, AKA Fairy Gutmother®, who is a Nutritional Therapist, Certified GAPS Practitioner, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Carley became interested in health and nutrition after being diagnosed with Lyme disease, using food as medicine and focusing on gut health to help heal. She became so empowered by her progress in her healing based on diet and lifestyle changes and emphasizing gut health, that she started her business, Fairy Gutmother®, so she could help spread awareness around nutrition.
Carley is adamant about promoting the "gut health lifestyle" as it is more than a diet, rather, a combination of food and environment that play a role in the health of the microbiome.
Carley has been a featured guest on The Dr. Oz Show and is a frequent guest for Colorado's Own Channel 2 News, and the popular iHeart Radio show Modern Eater. Her articles have been published in major worldwide publications including MindBodyGreen, Yoga + Life Magazine, and Paleo Magazine to name a few. She also leads numerous workshops, public speaking events, and cooking demonstrations centered around the "gut health lifestyle."
During our conversation today Carley shares her personal journey with Lyme disease, and specifically how she healed herself. We talk a lot about the specific types of foods that she used including the GAPS diet, as well as lifestyle changes including movement and stress, which both play a significant role on your gut health.
Carley does such a wonderful job explaining gut health, using great analogies that simplify a fairly complicated topic for anyone to understand. She shares many practical tips to help heal your gut from her own health journey, as well as helping numerous people in her own practice. You won't want to miss this episode!

We are thrilled to welcome back, Karen Hurd, Nutritionist and Biochemist. She has been practicing nutrition for 30 years and has helped over 30K people reclaim their health through her services, including her e-courses. The first time we talked with Karen was in the spring of 2020, where we introduced her and she shared her life and very personal story about what led her to do this work. She talked about her nutrition philosophy and how to heal the body through the power of food. We highly recommend that you listen to episode #39 with Karen as it was our most popular episode so far. She is full of so much wisdom and insight, and we love how Karen is so deep into the science, in particular with Covid-19, which she'll share with us today.
Karen, in addition to her nutritional training, holds her masters degree in biochemistry. Her philosophy in approaching health is that of Hippocrates (the father of modern medicine) when he said, "Let food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be food." Karen applies her knowledge at the biomolecular level to understand the cause of the health problems we face and what dietary and lifestyle changes are needed to correct that cause and unlock our best health.
In today's episode Karen shares her immunity building tips including an in depth discussion about the Covid-19 virus. We discuss her immunity building protocol, which includes food (and yes we'll discuss sugar) but also simple lifestyle tips to help ward off any viruses, or reduce the symptoms if you do contract one. We even talk about her view on doing a polar plunge and what temperature she recommends that you keep your room at night.
Karen's goal is to live to 120 years old and she does everything in her power each day to help her live as long as she possibly can, which she shares with us in our conversation.
Karen also shares her perspective on the Covid-19 vaccine, which we know is top of mind right now, as we enter the second year of this pandemic.
Karen has an exciting update as she is in the process of creating a free app to provide people with the health studies relating to Covid-19, the pandemic, the vaccine and other news to help reduce the fear that many people are experiencing. We talk about the role that stress and fear play on your health, which we know is at an all time high.
This episode is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice. Should you need information on the Covid-19 virus please visit the CDC website for guidance. Please seek professional guidance from your medical/health care provider.
If you want to learn about Karen's upcoming app you can watch her video here and check out her GoFundMe page

We are thrilled to bring you today's guest, Ashley Sondergaard.
Ashley is a yoga teacher, an entrepreneur and host of the Yoga Magic podcast. For 8 years, she has studied yoga, meditation, astrology and mindfulness practices that prioritize self-care and self-discovery. After having her two girls, Ashley discovered the hard way that taking care of yourself first is the only way to take care of others. Today, she supports her students & clients in up leveling their everyday routines into magical self-care rituals.
We had a very engaging conversation with Ashley about self-care, unique well-being practices, and manifestation, some of our favorite topics. We dove into the importance of self-care, creating self-care rituals and reducing stress. Ashley offered a bunch of self-care tips that can be incorporated into one's life right away, such as honoring your basic needs like eating healthy foods and drinking water regularly. She talks about the importance of "trying on what you like" and finding what works for you.
We also dove deeper into the super fascinating topic of unique well-being and spirituality practices. We discussed Taro readings, astrological birth charts, shadow work, past lives regressions and more. We loved hearing all about these modalities that are so new to us. Ashley is such an engaging and fun person to talk with and we are excited to share this conversation with you!
