The question is: Do you need another diet, or do you need to HEAL? So many of us are endlessly trapped in the vicious cycle of dieting.
It goes something like this: Start the diet, lose weight, stop the diet or "fall off the wagon" or "cheat," panic, gain weight, feel like a failure, get to the point where you feel "disgusting" and that "something needs to change," get back on a new diet, and the cycle continues.
Sound at all familiar? The steps may change, but the outcome remains the same. Diet culture has us trapped. But it doesn't have to be this way. Imagine a life where you never have to start a new diet again, a life WITHOUT: obsessively counting calories, weighing food, weighing YOU, feeling out of control around food, cutting out entire food groups, never-ending guilt and shame. To get there, we need to heal the foundation first.
