After a long hiatus due to the COVID lockdown, we are finally back in the shed and we couldn't think of a better guest to do it alongside than Anton 'The Barefoot Dutchman' Nootenboom.   

After 10 years in the Dutch military and 3 tours to Afghanistan - Anton came face to face with his own mental health challenge.  As a result of his own journey and that of many of his peers, the idea of the 'The Barefoot Dutchman' was born.  Since then Anton has gone on to become the first person to reach Mt Everest Basecamp 'barefoot' and is now four and half months into his barefoot walk from Cairns to Sydney (approx 2900km) to raise much needed money and awareness for Men's Mental Health and in doing so break numerous Guinness World Records along the way.   Woody and Barnesy joined Anton for a tiny portion of his walk and it is fair to say they have been hobbling ever since (think stepping on lego but doing it every stop for 3000km's and you get a small feeling of the pain Anton's feet have endured).
