The Beesotted Brentford Pride of West London Podcast

Brentford go to Villa Park for the first time in over 60 years having never beaten Aston Villa.

Brentford are buoyed by a tremendous 2-0 victory down in Brighton. Villa had plenty of chances against Nottingham Forest but could only muster a draw - Forest scoring a late equaliser.

The difference in spending power between the two teams is enormous. With Villa - who have a £115m turnover compared to Brentford's £10m. The team spent £50m in the summer and are hoping to kickstart their season with a win against a Bees team who spent less than 1/20th of that in the last window.

As 2,000 Bees fans prepare to take time of work and trek up the motorway, Billy Grant chats to Ryan Pitcher from Aston Villa Blog @HeartOfThe Holt (http://www.heartoftheholte.co.uk) who gives us the lowdown on relegation ... finances .. fire power ... and his thoughts on how Villa will do against the Bees

Brentford Director of Football Phil Giles gives us his thoughts straight after the away victory against Brighton.

International week is over. Brentford were back in business looking for their first away win against Brighton.

The Seagulls came into this match off the back of two storming home wins.

But it took two goals from Scott Hogan to seal three points for the Bees in a well deserved victory.

Plenty of comparisons to Crystal Palace chanting from the away end .. which was quite amusing.

We chat to #Brentfordfc & #bhafc fans after the match
