We are joined by a fellow Forever Athlete, podcast host of the Coach’s Playground Podcast, soon to be author, founder of Maverick Coaching Academy and all around great human, Gavin McHale. Gavin, much like myself, followed the rules, growing up playing hockey and going on to get his degree in Kinesiology, but after some time of going that more traditional route, realized he kept trading his time for money. This sent him on a journey to find a better way and eventually founded Maverick Coaching Academy to help other personal trainers build their hybrid businesses.

Today highlights a lot of that journey for Gavin:

-How he went from playing pro hockey to where he is today
