Let’s turn to an extraordinary budget in the UK yesterday. The Financial Times called it a mini budget for people on maxi incomes. 
What impact will it have on the UK economy and perhaps the Irish economy in turn?

You will have heard in recent days that Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to mobilise several hundred thousand reservists has caused panic and unrest amongst the Russian population.
