Willie Walsh is the Director General of the International Air Transport Association. Growing up in the 1960s, the former CEO of Aer Lingus and British Airways had little ambition of starting a career in aviation, but an Aer Lingus cadetship led to him becoming one of the most high flying Irish figures in air travel.
