Episode 23 with BC Jeff Stone. Chief Stone has over 30 years of experience in the fire service. He is as humble as they come and is a forever student of the fire service. On this episode, I have a chance to talk with Jeff about the lessons that he learned while coming up in the fire service and what he continues to learn today. Jeff loves giving back what he has learned and truly believes that it's a gift to do this job...and he ain't wrong! We talk about mentors, training and how his department managed a fire scene that had some different and difficult problems, but through teamwork, mutual aid and trusting in your team made it for successful outcome for all.

Spend time working with many departments as a sort of consultant / instructor. Just willing to help departments get on plane with Fire Service Hydraulics, Hose, Nozzles, Fire Attack and passion of Standpipe Operations, primarily in “Low / Mid Rise, Large Building” environments.
