-many young developers who were able to raise a lot of capital now with many projects, no construction yet and needing to sell soon if not already.

-we have already had the crash, ive been saying this for a long time, are we going to have another crash ontop of the last one?

-I am seeing many instances of companies in development / construction laying people off. Either they’ve already done it or they’re about to. Sadly, we should expect this to continue.
