‘Have you always been confident?’ is a question I was recently asked on a podcast I featured on and it made me realise that I needed to record this episode so you can see not just the good, but also the bad and the ugly behind the scenes.
I wanted to record a raw, truly honest episode so you know that you can be confident - but you can also be vulnerable and anxious too. Having agoraphobia and toilet anxiety has been a huge part of my story and I am now choosing to release any shame, embarrassment in the hope that you can find inspiration to release any shame you’re feeling too.
I talk about my recent experience with therapy and how my therapist helped me put together the pieces and make the connection between high school bullying and my day to day anxious thoughts.
In this episode I talk about the difference between therapy and coaching and how to make an informed decision about which one is right for you. You may be looking for a coach and you need a therapist, you may be looking for a therapist and a coach would be a far better fit!
