Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s the bite on Captain Crapbeard’s face.
Greetings, friends! Welcome to episode 439 of The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast. Happy days! As Dom returns from his not-so-successful trip to Dublin, we had a week full of brilliant guests and WhatsApp messages: Lorraine Kelly returns, John Bishop says hello and a megastar from across the pond cooks a chicken pie.
In this episode, actor and author Stephen Mangan tells us about his trip down the toilet, and The Fast Show creator, Charlie Higson, gives us behind the scenes insight to the iconic sketch show. Also, you better brush up on your manners, as etiquette expert and viral sensation William Hanson teaches the team the do’s and don’t’s of farting, fish n’ chip eating and tea drinking.
As well as all that, you can expect…
Enjoy!

We also had an incredible mix of guests this week, including a comedian, a sporting legend, an actor and an aeroplane enthusiast…and that’s just Joe Pasquale! Hey friend! Welcome back to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast, Episode 435.
What do you get when you combine spicy horseradish, blue cheese and glitter? A very reluctant team, that’s what! These are some of our team’s LEAST favourite things, and this week, we made them face their fears.
To give the team some relief from these dreadful challenges (that’s dreadful for them, absolutely fantastic for you), we had some brilliant guests in. The fabulous Clinton Baptiste - Britain’s most iconic clairvoyant, medium and psychic - graced the studio, offering comforting words from those gone before. Also, Ross Noble gave some much needed words of encouragement to Dom and Chris (aka Oscar and Deutsch) ahead of their London Palladium debut.
If you weren’t able to witness their spectacular plate-spinning skills, no problem! Just hit play for the full rundown the big night. You’ll also hear about…

Also, comedians Alex Horne and Nick Helm and Radio X presenters Polly James and Rich Wolfenden popped in to say hello.

Hey there! Welcome to the next episode of The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast - number 433 to be exact! Having returned from Amsterdam, Chris and the team have been laughing all week as we’ve had not one, not two, but THREE comedians in the studio. In this whopper of an episode, Bill Bailey encourages us to try new things, Ross Noble plans Chris and Dom’s London Palladium performance, and Richard Herring talks all things balls. If that wasn’t enough, dad-daughter duo Richard and Izzy Hammond also stopped by to tell us about their brand new Global Player podcast, and we even had a surprise encounter with Alan Titchmarsh!
Phew, what a week. Fancy some more best bits? You can’t say we don’t treat you…

Roses are red, violets are blue, here’s the latest podcast, made just for you!
That’s right, we celebrated Valentine's Day this week and we are all feeling the lurrrve. James reunited with the team following his travels, bringing back tales of spicy curries, enlarged arms, and little-to-no knowledge of the Taj Mahal.
Actor, poet and comedian Tim Key (AKA Keysey) paid us a visit and had everyone in bits, and Andi Peters reminded us of his never-failing (and clearly, super memorable) pancake recipe. If that weren’t enough, we also have a BIG birthday announcement to make - that’s a big announcement, not a big birthday, by the way.
Finally, with the incredibly sad news of the passing of broadcasting legend and close friend, Steve Wright, we have a lovely tribute from Chris about their friendship.
