Hardy, distinguished senior fellow at the Commonwealth Foundation and co-founder and retired CEO of Boys Latin, a charter school in Philadelphia, joins the Dom Giordano Program for a conversation about school choice. Hardy, a very well-regarded person in the education community, took aim at Governor Wolf on Twitter after Wolf changed rules, making it incredibly hard for charter schools to remain successful in Pennsylvania. Hardy and Giordano discuss the positives of school choice, comparing the differences in successes in public schools with those of charter schools, and telling of the importance of accountability pertaining to public schools.

First, Giordano asks her why she has chosen to wear the ‘MAGA Hat’ as strongly as she has, openly discussing her continued support for Donald Trump and his policies while many candidates try to distance themselves from the former President. Sands tells why she continues to support America first policies, and tells of her time spent on the stage at CPAC, telling that many now clearly miss what Trump’s economic policies brought to the country, and tells of the differences between the Biden administration and Trump administration on issues of energy. Full hour | Today, Dom Giordano led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, taking umbrage with a show made by Senator Lindsey Graham, who stormed out of the chambers after working himself up over the nominees defense of prisoners at Gitmo. Then, Giordano reveals the results of a poll in New Jersey, with Millennials showing the most hope for an age group for New Jersey’s future. He and Producer Dan go back and forth discussing why Millennials may have such a positive outlook, but both settle on taxation as a huge deterrent for any positive notions about the direction of the state. Also, Giordano and Dan discuss a decision by Gov. Wolf to tighten rules on charter schools, which would arguably cripple the ability for schools to operate within Pennsylvania. Bill explains what is was like stepping off the train in Kyiv, surrounded by seas of women and children looking to flee while men stand strong to protect both them and their country. Pastor Devlin speaks of the resilience of the Ukrainians, telling that, among other factoids learned while on the ground, that a quarter of the people of the country have become displaced due to the war. Then, this leads Cipriano and Giordano to a discussion about another revelation uncovered by Cipriano, with him telling that the Inquirer allegedly buries stories based on the race of individuals involved, telling how he uncovered this. After a discussion about the Inquirer, Giordano and Cipriano put their heads together to try and figure if there’s a way for the city out of this.
