Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing developments in the NCAA tournament, telling how glad he was to see John Calipari and Kentucky fall to St. Peters, noting that the coach is paid more salary than the entirety of the small school’s budget. This leads Dom into a preview of today’s matchup between Villanova and Delaware, with the host telling why he’ll be cheering on Delaware over Villanova’s continuance of a National Anthem protest. Then, Giordano switches over to the sport of swimming, revealing the results of controversial transgendered swimmer Lia Thomas in the NCAA Championships, and telling of the response from both swimmers and parents involved in competing against Thomas. In today’s third hour, Jeff Bartos, candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss news coming out of the campaign in the lead up to the election. First, Giordano asks for Bartos’ opinion on the news centered on Dr. Mehmet Oz and his waffling on his Turkish citizenship, with Bartos calling both Dr. Oz and Dave McCormick ‘political tourists,’ which he defines as opportunists who have their own interests at heart rather than the interests of Pennsylvanians. Bartos explains that throughout the entire pandemic he was raising money for Main Streets throughout the entire state, while both Dr. Oz and Dave McCormick did nothing for the people of Pennsylvania. Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by comparing Irish immigrants to immigrants today, asking whether the stories of those immigrating today reflect what the Irish went through when coming to America. Then, Giordano tells that controversial transgendered swimmer Lia Thomas will be compete in the NCAA Tournament today, with producer Dan telling the results of the qualifying round. After that, Giordano circles into a discussion about the Russian invasion into Ukraine, playing back a Republican Congresswoman who joined Tucker Carlson, fighting with him over strategy for American assistance. Then, Producer Dan tells that somebody attempted to steal his catalytic converter, and tells of a program within Philadelphia in which local garages stamp converters to prevent theft.

First, Giordano reveals a couple stories throughout the city, including a man who shot and killed a person stealing his car in his backyard, and a pizza man that was carjacked with his family in the car. Then, Giordano reveals that a woman that McSwain had investigated after the murder of George Floyd has pled guilty in connection to setting fire to police vehicles during the protests, taking umbrage with the CBS3 coverage of the news, taking aim at a former Deputy Commissioner who tried discrediting the U.S. Attorney’s role in the situation.

In today’s final hour, Dom welcomes back in Pastor Bill Devlin, CEO of Octane Faith, who’s traveling through Ukraine providing support to those suffering through the Russian invasion into the country. Devlin, who joined us yesterday from Lviv, will now travel eastward toward Kyiv, where most of the violence is taking place. Devlin takes us inside the peril, telling how Ukrainians are dealing with the horrible situation, and tells listeners how they can help his efforts.

Then, after playing Dom’s Money Melody, Dom continues the discussion centered on the Russian invasion into Ukraine, playing back clips from Alexander Vindman who became famous for speaking out against Trump, who suggested that we’re not doing enough to prevent a World War III situation.
