Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by first telling his disappointment in the Villanova Wildcat basketball team, noting that half the team regularly leaves the court during the National Anthem to protest. Then, Giordano discusses the situation continuously unfolding in Ukraine as Russia invades, telling of President Zelensky’s appearance in front of Congress today. Giordano tells that the Ukranian President had a theme throughout his presentation today, explaining that Zelensky wants a no-fly zone, which Dom takes umbrage with. Devlin explains that he flew into Germany, then into Warsaw, Poland, taking a bus from the Polish capitol into the Western Ukrainian city to distribute aid to refugees fleeing the war-torn Eastern portion of the country.
