Lucy Spoors and Brooke Francis are rowers who won gold medals at the Paris Olympics in the women's double scull.

You possibly don’t know the name, David Niethe. But I promise you, this is one hell of an episode.

David is the author of the book "The Winning Mindset."

And he is most certainly qualified to write a book about personal success and resilience.

This impossibly difficult future was staring Di Foster in the face 15 years ago.
