Earlier today Volodymr Zelenskiy addressed the Oireachtas and pleaded for EU States to do more. Joining me to discuss what that 'more' means is Ukrainian MP Lesia Vasylenko.

Lesia, as a native of Kyiv, talks passionately about the heartbreaking details emerging from the towns and suburbs like Bucha and Iprin that she knows so well. Her anger and hurt is palpable. This morning the CJEU ruled that the mobile data retained and used in the murder trial of Graham Dwyer was obtained contrary to EU and indeed Irish law. Joining me to discuss this is Trinity College Dublin Assoc Prof of Law, Dr Eoin O'Dell. Eoin explains what the judgement says and what the implications are for the State and this case. He outlines why he believes that while it may now be "1-O" to Graham Dwyer, it is only halftime and the State have a lot more cards to play than this one area. I'm very grateful to Dr O'Dell for his time and expertise on what is a very emotive and difficult morning.

Earlier this morning I spoke with Ukrainian MP, Lesia Vasylenko, who has recently returned to Kyiv. She describes the relative calm in parts of the city and what those who remain are bracing themselves for. She talks about the need for "boots on the ground" perhaps in the form of an International Peace Keeper force that will keep Green Corridors open for the millions of displaced people and she talks about passionately about the Leaders of the "Free World" sending all the wrong messages to autocratic regimes.
