This episode is an Instagram live in which I discuss school reopening plans, being gentle with yourself when there's a change in routine, spoiled breastmilk a rant of reopening for the sake of the economy without consideration of childcare, lack of universal childcare and that childcare workers aren't properly compensated.
I know all the times I’ve created a goal but waited until the first of the month or until I had enough money saved or until I got that promotion. But taking action is important, not for it to be perfectly done.

We're in a weird place during these unprecedented times. Some of us can't afford help to do all the things, or to even step away from our littles. Right now we could use a little help, a gentle nudge in the right direction. Towards getting out of this quarantine funk and being gentle with ourselves. So I'm sharing with you how I landed in the hospital not once but twice with my 4 year old son days after New York declared a shelter in place, some things I started to notice that weren't helpful and how I changed it (and so can you).
