Join us for this Mindful Moment where we build on the Power of the Room Podcast, and share about the value of honouring your relationship to yourself, because when you nourish the relationship with yourself, you nourish all the relationships in your life- especially the one with your horse. Maybe it is that walk along the sea front, a coffee with a friend, or getting a session with that coach you have always felt drawn to.
Let us know what you are doing to honour your relationship with yourself!

In this episode of the Equisential Podcast, Cat & Tracey dive into Cat's Relationship Coaching Weekend in London where she had a transformational time and it reminded her of the power of the room, co regulation and processing in a safe space. We dive into topics like why the relationship with yourself is so important to nurture and look at, if you want to build the relationships with horses and humans that are connected and free of past programming. We chat about what it is to be truly seen, and how it is life changing being in a group where you can feel safe enough to start letting go of what no longer serves you.
We hope you enjoy this episode, and it inspires you to take a closer look at the most important relationship in your life, the relationship with YOU.

Join us for a mindful moment on the road, where we share about how to gently and powerfully practice leaning into the discomfort of uncertainty. Uncertainty is something that we experience every day in big and small ways, and that we can constantly try and escape. However it is in the small moments of leaning in that we start to grow this muscle, and mean that we are able to maintain inner balance during the bigger moments. In your relationship and conversations with your horse, there is going to be lots of uncertainty especially in their eyes and it is our responsibility as their partners to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. So that we can hold space for them, during their own moments of uncertainty.
We hope you enjoy listening, and do connect with us to let us know what resonated with you,

In this episode, Tracey & Cat are on the road and have an open discussion about the gold dust that lies within the veil of uncertainty. They talk about why uncertainty is uncomfortable from a human, horse and relationship perspective, and why it is important to trust the lessons that it brings, even when it is immensely hard at the time. They share how there is no light without moments of darkness, and why it is important to grow your own inner certainty to ride the waves of outer uncertainty.
We hope you enjoy!

Join us for an honest & inspirational mindful moment, about owning your truth even when it is uncomfortable. We share about power of trusting your path even when you aren't sure where it's headed., and the magic of leaning in to those moments that feel hard at the time but open a door to growth and transformation, within yourself, your reality and your relationship with your horse. Owning your path can start gradually in small ways, and can feel messy and imperfect to begin with, but it will be the most liberating choice you can ever make. And one that will not only set your horse free, but will set you free too.
Love,
Cat & Tracey

Join us for this mindful moment, where we explore play and having fun with your horse. We chat about learning what you & your horse find fun, and starting to recognise those moments that could be more playful, light and joyful. Play happens when you feel safe in your relationship and nervous system, and is a way of learning, growing, and connecting. We also talk about how play is a feeling rather than a specific action, and how it's important to honour your horse in what kind of play they enjoy, and how you can bring more play into your everyday life too!
We would love to hear what you find fun, and what your horse finds fun too!

In this episode, Cat & Tracey explore the magic of play! We talk about what play is, and what it means to us humans & horses, and why it is so important to bring in to your relationship with your horse. We also explore how there are many different types of play, and it's so valuable to get to know yourself & your horse, and what you both find fun. We also talk about how play is vulnerable, and requires you to feel really safe within your body, nervous system and environment, and how that is something so key to keep in mind when you want to bring more play into conversations with your horse.
We hope you enjoy, and take away something light and fun to try with your horse!
