During estrangement from your son or daughter, happiness might feel 1,000 miles away. It’s absolutely normal to feel heavy emotions about being cut off from your estranged daughter or son. But to heal that relationship, you have to bring emotional balance into your life. So that you can repair your emotions before you do the heavy lifting of reconciliation. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance received in the most tragic time of my life from coach Jenny Good. Her faith, compassion, understanding, dedication and display of radical love has truly been life-changing for me. I was so overwhelmed with feelings of confusion, guilt, and sadness.
