Remember to prioritize these things:
1) Focus on setting healthy boundaries
2) Make healthier decisions: emotionally & mentally.
3) Improve your internal state instead of what others want you to do.

If I will get a chance to speak with my younger self- I would say "Take chances, speak your heart out, validate and acknowledge your feelings. Because you deserve to be seen and heard."
Always remember light comes only after a dark night. Don't lose hope because every morning comes with a new chance. Cherish the rainbows which comes after the storms and celebrate all the moments.
Have you ever heard of Boat of life? Our life is very unpredictable and sometimes when circumstances kick us to the curb, we have the power to get up and charge at life again. For me - Practising mindfulness has been my life boat.
I hope you're all taking deep breaths, taking care of yourself, tending your plants, getting outside and doing mindful practices. Keep going and get better each and everyday. And think about your boat of survival which keeps you going.
Be proud of every step you've made in the right direction. You deserve nothing but the best.
