Claire was one of my clients who worked with me to support her PCOS, underactive thyroid and help with coming off the pill.

Claire's main problems were really bad sweet cravings and needing support with losing body fat while still maintaining her perfromance for sports.

Claire also relied on 12 nurofen plus for her periods and would struggle with intense period pain.
