God sent his Son to pay for your sin. It is a grace gift. God gives you a divine pardon because He loves you. If you believe Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sin and accept Him as your Savior you are guaranteed life after death. “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31). You need to realize you will still commit sins. You need to know how to recover from sin. You need to know and use problem-solving device #1, rebound, 1 John 1:9. Name your sin to God the Father and He will forgive you. Here’s where you get victory over your sin nature, “If we will walk in the Spirit [stay filled with the Holy Spirit] we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Gal 5:16-17). All of us fail. All of us make mistakes. If you are alive, if you’re breathing, know God is not finished with you. He has a unique plan for you. “I will never leave you, nor will I ever forsake you” (Heb 13:5).

Our Lord granted a Divine Pardon to a criminal crucified beside Him on the cross because the criminal “believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and was saved” (Acts 16:31). You also can get a Divine Pardon. “Whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). As long as you are alive, God has a reason for you being here. Regardless of your faults and failures, God has a plan for your life.

Jesus Christ lives in you IF you have made the decision to believe in Him. “Christ in you the hope of glory” (Col 1:27) is the confidence we have in our resurrection life. “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die” (John 11:25-26). When Jesus Christ walked out of the grave this is a signature guarantee to you that you will walk out of the grave also. You have victory over death.

As Americans, we can stand on the shoulders of those who have gone before us, giving us the advantage of surveying the times from the height of their perspective. Our country was built on core values and founded on the divine institutions of freedom, marriage, family, and nationalism. These values act as a rudder to keep us on course. Your family and your church are where you develop your norms and standards. The rudder in America, our guiding force is gone. We are floating helplessly and about to crash on the rocks. Your spiritual life is the drift sock that can slow down our descent as a nation. To regain control, we must recognize we have lost our rudder from turning away from God. We must realize our position both nationally and personally and recover our destiny. “If My people will humble themselves and turn away from their wicked ways, seek My face and pray, I will hear, I will answer, I will heal their land” (2 Chron 7:14). If we recover our destiny, we can Reap the rewards God has promised.

"I have learned to be content” (Phil 4:11). Contentment is the capacity for life. You need to learn and apply God’s Word to be content. The more you learn, the more faith you have. “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” (Rom 10:17). The rate of learning must exceed the rate of forgetting. Be aware, that Satan wants to distract you so you don’t study and learn God’s Word. The less you know the easier it is to be manipulated by Satan. Never stop learning about God.

F.A.M.I.L.Y. is a helpful acrostic to remember the four divine institutions God ordained to preserve us and our nation. The “A” stands for authority. Legitimate authority is established according to Scripture. Illegitimate authority is based on the function of man’s arrogance within the cosmic system of Satan. The lack of authority orientation is a cause of our nation’s decline. “For they sow the wind and reap the whirlwind” (Hosea 8:7).

We are all one in Christ. There are no racial divisions in the plan of God. As Christians, we are all in the Royal Family of God. No racial issues. “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus … For you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Gal 3:26-28). You are secure in Christ. Now and for all eternity. “Do you not know that you are a temple of God and the Spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Cor 3:16). At some point in your life, you may walk away from God but He will never abandon you. “If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself” (2 Tim 2:13).

“As a man thinks in his heart, so he is” (Prov 23:7). Your heart is the real you. Be heart-healthy! Learn God’s Word. God's Word stored in your heart, becomes wisdom. Guard it and use it to make wise decisions. “Incline your ear to wisdom and apply your heart to understanding” (Prov 2:2). This isn’t emotions. It is the strength of God’s essence in your heart from learning and applying God’s Word. A heart that is full of divine viewpoints produces lasting happiness and contentment.

The survival of our nation depends on your attitude toward God’s Word and our nation’s adherence to God’s standards. God’s standards include four divine institutions: The Individual with volition, the freedom to choose; Marriage; Family; and Nationalism. They were ordained by God in eternity past for the function of a nation. “Let us walk properly in the day” (Rom 13:13). When we compromise our core values and adjust to the culture of the day so that we can be relevant or be accepted then we essence become a traitor to our soul. Combining the arrogance of ignorance with the arrogance of power will destroy human freedom and claim that the greater good justifies the means to the end. Satan’s strategy is to exploit your weaknesses and to outwit your objectives. He does it through a three-pronged attack: the world, the flesh (your sin nature), and himself. If you can’t get victory over the world and your sinful nature, Satan isn’t going to worry about you.  “God will not allow you to be tested more than you are able” (1 Cor 10:13). Testing often comes in one of two forms—people or circumstances. You need to learn and use the problem-solving device of impersonal love to pass people testing. Fear will neutralize your faith. Faith is an equally opposing force to faith. Using the faith-rest drill is how you overcome fear. Religion has a lot of canine clergies and they will try to devour you. “These are false apostles, deceitful workers, pretending to be apostles of Christ” (2 Cor 11:13-15). This is how to defeat Satanic devices: Stay filled with the Holy Spirit. Stay true to the faith. Don’t deviate from sound Bible doctrine. Sit under a well-qualified pastor. Grow in grace and knowledge of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
