One of the greatest secrets when it comes to running a business is how to great an offer that people cannot say no too.

The answer used to be to undercut the opposition, but that just leads to a race to the bottom.

Nowadays, it’s all about adding value and giving the most for a reasonable cost. A cost that makes sense for the customer to part with because what they are getting is perceived to be worth so much more.
