The second episode of our interview with Prof. Morten Rasmussen, we return to the moments of the negotiation of the EEC Treaty, which included an agreement on the development and sharing of nuclear weapons between France, West Germany and Italy. We also touch on the institutional design of the Community and its implications for the subsequent judicial revolution in the form of the landmark decisions Van Gend en Loos and Costa.
