Concert Friday
On Fridays we allow music to lead us in prayer.  As we pray today for the Lord to guide us to a place where we can receive His grace, let Him place in our hearts the gift of prayer for all those we care about in our world.

3rd Sunday of Advent
Beloved of God, today we celebrate the Third Sunday of Advent.   Also known as Gaudete Sunday.  The word Gaudete means to rejoice.  You’ll notice this is the day the priest usually wears the rose colored vestment and the rose candle on the advent wreath is lighted.  We rejoice today at the nearness of God and the festival of the Incarnation.
