Hello, good human. In today’s episode, we are beginning the long-awaited deep dive into all things grief.. because grieving can be especially tricky at this time of year, and because you deserve to feel not-so-alone if you are navigating grief right now.

This listen comes with a big content warning, because in the second half I’ll be sharing some pretty personal and sometimes difficult stuff around grieving the illness of somebody you love, grieving pet loss and grieving pregnancy loss, too.
