There's a way of undoing the guilt that causes the suffering. It seems difficult only because we're so invested in seeing ourselves as bad, wrong, guilty, shameful sinners. Yet, none of that is real or true and so it cannot persist when we are willing to let it go. Our willingness is the only requirement.
