I am so thrilled that she agreed to share her journey, her energy and the work she is doing with The Happier You Community in this interview. Are you ready to embrace your own unique glitter?

This week we are talking about why we need to avoid negativity and the 3 C's to increase happiness. Negativity is contagious and the 3 Cs of Comparing, Complaining and Criticizing spread that negativity in our lives. They are so prevalent in our culture that we often don't even realize when we are doing them. The sooner we identify why and where they show up in our lives, the sooner we can stop them! Eliminating these negative factors or at least decreasing them will add to our happiness journey.

Today's question we're contemplating is, Does each of us have a limited amount of happiness? Is there only so much happiness to go around? Are you thinking that because someone else is happy, you can't be? Well guess what? The answer is, No! In fact, I believe that the more happiness there is, the more there is to share. More like it's contagious than limited. I explain my thought process in today's episode.
