It’s all so confusing. That’s why I’m exploring body positivity on the podcast today.
Your weight will never equal your personal value. Unless you let it. Culture and the diet industry will teach you to let it and body positivity offers a different, sometimes equally harmful, alternative. Where can we agree?
When we start discussing what really matters (and doesn’t) in weight loss, there’s a lot we can all get behind in terms of body positivity. This is beneficial information for all women and especially helpful to be shared with those young ladies in our lives who are growing up in an age where all these questions have become forefront for their relationships with their bodies.
