Zoey has a discussion with certified life coach, reiki practitioner, and somatic stress release practitioner Brynn Streicker. After 15 years as a corporate hospitality executive, Brynn endured career-ending burnout that culminated with two trips to the ER in under six months. As a result, she has spent the last three years healing and connecting with other high-performing women.
